Channel 9 Retune – Trouble Shooting Guide:

Some TV sets, when you retune, don't update all the information or don't delete all the old channel information.

The solution on those sets is to do the following:

1. Unplug the TV antenna from the TV
2. Choose Auto-Tune or Auto-Scan from the TV menu
3. Choose OK to scan and let TV do a full scan (suggest making a cup of tea)
4. When it has finished if it asks to save changes say YES.
5. Reconnect the TV antenna to the TV
6. Choose Auto-Scan or Auto-Tune and OK to scan.
7. When it has finished if it asks to save changes say YES.
8. Exit from Tuning
9. Check the new Channel 9 channels are there.

You should have Channel 9 on 9, Channel 9HD on 90, Channel 9 (again) on 91, 9Gem on 92, 9Go on 93 and 9Life on 94.
