The whole experience with Sunshine Antennas was very satisfying, from the office staff who scheduled the work, to the technician who arrived on time and completed the work in a professional and courteous manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if required and would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service.

The Tech was very professional and nothing was a concern – as I wanted the cable through the ridge cap on the roof. Not a problem all done well.

Quick to respond to our issue and undertake repairs. Office staff and technician very knowledgeable and thorough. A little on the expensive side as there is a call-out fee which should cover the 1st hour ( I’d imagine most of their work would involve call-outs).

Note from Sunshine Antenna Service: Yes, we do charge a minimum  Travel/Inspection/Diagnosis fee to all of our clients. No, it does not cover a full hour but it does cover approx. 15-20 minutes. 

I had an unsual request to inspect older style stereo equipment. I thought the equipment had passed its use by date however I wanted the inspection from a more knowledgeable person before I discarded the equipment. It was confirmed that the equipment needed repair to be usable again however questions arose whether parts were still available to complete the repair. The end result, I felt more at ease discarding the equipment once I had an educated opinion. Thank you.
